Is Primary Hypertension a Complication of Renal Artery Stinosis?

Someone with renal artery stinosis can sustain a fractture and develop acute, acute hyper tension plus chronic secondary. I believe that primary hyper tension alone does not result in a complication of hyper tension on an acute manner. The really complicating part is that a patient can present with any combination of these things. So could this patient have intercranal hypertension causing nausea vomiting, mild confusion and a little bit of hyper tensin?
