The Importance of Balance in Pastoral Care

The people of our church we care for who are blessings to us, but they oftentimes aren't the priority. I find that if pastors get 10 compliments on a sermon and one criticism that the one criticism eats him alive all afternoon. And when the, with the people who are not burdens, people who are usually not asking a lot of us, they're the ones that oftentimes get neglected.
