I understand how these coping mechanisms then just become things that run alongside these lives did it take her time to make that connection back to the cold showers it did actually. had disordered eating as well at that she did and was sent home to put on enough weight to then be sent back again so I think this is why you know I'm very keen on us reevaluating what CBT can do.
