"I think the one that I am most worried about kind of beyond the surficial level ones is just what happens when you start to see a lot of high hazard infrastructure coming into a place where nobody wants to work there," he says. "How do you make sure that people that really are committed to making sure these systems are operating safely are actually doing that?" He adds, "We're learning how to do all of this while we're in a situation that is not all that easy to predict and is actually pretty far outside of the design parameters."
