In the U.S., there's supposed to be a right to confront one's accuser, but if your accuser is a camera, that could create a legal problem. "Whenever law does that then right it becomes unjust and you have an issue about what to do in the face of unjust laws," he says. In Switzerland, people can make their own decision on whether or not they want to go as fast as possible for someone who needs help.
