Communication is key. Many nurses at saint vincent had been throh a strike, a forty nine day strike in two thousand so they could speak from experience as to what es should face. My phone never stopped ringing from two thousand and 19 through now i am getting a call every day from some member of the media wanting to talk to nurses. By this time, yes, were we afraid? Yes. But what we have seen is that this was a watershed moment, i think, for all essential workers to speak up and and don't let this pass. This is the time when the publicnder ans your value.
