How to Get Addicted to Worrying

Mark O'Mara: Words can't isn't not shouldn't don't. They force us to stare at the worst case scenarios. My grandmother was a third degree black belt Olympic gold medalist in the art of worrying. I knew something was going on there because she was just a wound up mess all the time. And then when I played back what she would say I was like, Oh yeah, that's why you keep making all these worst case scenario pictures and then telling us,.
