Is There a Clown?

When he lived in Japan, I went to a sushi restaurant with a friend and we were sat at the counter. There was a tray full of clams, these shells, and the clams were still alive. And my friend said, do you want a clown? And I said, yeah, let's have that one. Why not have that one? Because I felt like I got to know it. They're all going to get eaten anyway. But surely the one that was moving around was the most active one,. probably the one thatwas having the best time. Would you say a little prayer for it as it was being... I don't know. You just live.
