The Importance of Genuinely Caring
I think what you shared there is the best answer someone could possibly give. I always really try to focus on this. Am I actually genuinely curious or am I just asking questions and they think that I'm curious and caring? And so I think your answer there is powerful because there's one thing that every coach can start to do more of is just care more. Even if they didn't learn the skills or techniques, that's just phenomenal. But again, just shows doing a little bit extra can go a long, long way. Yeah.
