What's Your to-Do List?
I think young people need to also hear a conversation about hard work and relentless. I'm religious about having lots of time outside meetings because in the one hour that someone wants to have a meeting, I could make 10 phone calls or I can be available for people to deal with what's going on that day. Our mission is to drive change and if we're not doing it, someone else will. It's brilliant. The really hard bit but the bit's most important is to create a to-do list of the stuff that's going to make the world different tomorrow than it was yesterday. What new thing are we going to do? And how does it get to do anything proactive that changes
