How to Do Cluster Sets
Cluster sets are just like super sets, but you do multiple super sets within one cluster. This technique allows you to use a heavier weight than you normally would because of how you're staging the reps and sets. You can then do the same thing for a lower body workout by pairing a lower body push exercise with a lower body hinge exercise such as a deadlift.
