Overrated or Underrated - The Door's War

There are some people who have done really well on carnivore diets with different medical conditions and stuff like that but for me i just think it's because what they were eating before wasn't super great. The diarrhea lots of people get probably really cleaned out too but nature's cleanse nature's meat cleanse it's like a beef blend but more midwestern.
