I wanted to create the Elbe as a group of St. Crete your own policies and procedures. The most recent General Order was like 1993 and I got in 2000. But every one of those General Orders has somebody's name attached and there's a story behind that. Like thou shalt not put your loaded shotgun in the rack. Why is that?
