A living trust is something where a trust is basically this this legal thing it's an empty box. Anything in that box if and when you die will pass outside of probate. Is it worth getting a trust I don't know depends what you ask, some attorneys say absolutely everyone should do it. So again really depends on your state and who you ask California the probate fees are percentage of the probate size.
