In 2020, we had a sharp decline and then a V shape recovery. Here in 2022, it's like a Shakespearean play. In October of 2021, I wrote an article for housing wire talking about what's the risk for housing wasn't higher mortgage risk or anything. That was that inventory levels can break to all time lows and we have home prices acceleration. So when people asked me, what do you mean by the savagely unhealthy housing market? Well, my price growth model was already done January, February and March of this year.
