What Are You Most Excited About, Given This Opportunity?
The company has 94 active projects split between the 15 of us. There's almost no oversight, it's do you understand the team's objectives? If so, hap pon, here's a client, actually, here's 15. Do your thing, right? Everybody's in very much this like sinkers. situation, which some people really enjoy. The only thing i will say is, because everyone has so many of their own projects, we know something wrong when the client complains. Ansomme isn't easy, but i think that across the board, every one has a natural and ways to make things better.
