Rickey: The first time I really started to think about networked the idea of like being able to broadcast was through public access. She says she did drop off a tape for an experimental video art show called Axle Greece but never heard if they ever played it. Rickeys: It's actually interesting how ARPANET and public access television both have very similar origins.
