How to Be a Good Mentor
I understand it can be really confusing. The one thing I'll say is, reach out to me. If I can't help you, pretty sure I can point you in the direction of someone who can. This is much easier to do if you have as little financial encumbrance as possible. That's just a fact. Because sitting down at a prop firm and seeing they're going, gee, I've got to pay the mortgage or I've been on my case - what am I doing? You're not going to be in the right frame of mind to make good training decisions. So if you have a decent track record, that's your first start.
