I thin main thing, from my point of vew it's just amazing to see the evolution that that you've gone on from a, from a individualistic point of view, but more from a from a really ambitious, driven, self driven goal point of view. Because it's very difficult to pivot when you feel that you've given so much time to something, to then pivot to something new. Andt always, always be a student's kind of a accliche we hear a lot in this space, but i think it's something that once you can deego and do that, you rell, you can live a much freer life, i think, can't you? Absolutely.

And there's so many more possibilities. I think it's nice to see the kind of impact that i've had on a few like, i would say, amateur body builders that have said, of i've whathed your journey, and you've inspired me to just step away from the stage. And there is, ou know, there is life outside of it. You know. I've had a kid or of, like, i'm gong out with my gil for and o, kind of rebuilt relationships on my yer thoug of course, it's always been there. You've just been clouded by this bodybild narrative that you're not allowed to do that. So it's really endearing to kind of hear that feedback brilliant.

That'll be more kind of recipes, and that'll be more of the educational side that would be going down. So erl ehe can hit me up on those two.
