Is Your Breath Working for You?
Deeper inhales, feeling it in the belly, slow exhales out through the mouth. Another thing that you can add to the breath as like a second layer is to start focusing on your heart as you're breathing and to do your best to generate a positive uplifting emotion. The heartbeat rhythm actually sends information up to the brain about how you're going to be perceiving your environment. That's a really great extra step to add onto the breathing.
