The Importance of Developing a Team

Wales were either the best team in the world or the worst. I think Wayne took a lot of flack and under Wayne we had some really big highs, which people in Wales tend to never remember. The Georgia game was probably a big moment. But also probably under Wayne we were probably a little bit too like that. It's such a well-run club, it's a brilliant, it's got full of brilliant people. I love the people there,. I love the fans, I love the boys and it was tough to leave... but quite sensible for everyone"
