Is Second Death Better Than Second Death?
Second death is the interpretation of apocalyptic symbolism that's taking place in the lake of fire. In reality, we don't get to imbue second death with some sort of metaphorical language because they're offering the interpretation of the metaphors an imagery. So i don't agree that it talks about a spiritual death, although we can about that if you like. But either way, there is nowhere in scripture where the the language of death is used in a plain, straightforward way.
