What Are the Winds That Drive the Wind?

There's not very much in the atmosphere that actually cares about what the sun is doing so differences in what is happening underneath the atmosphere. You've got the sun causing these pressure differences which makes the airflow over the surface of a spinning globe. There are winds which occur in particular areas as a result of much more local conditions and these are winds that have particular names.
