Pikpar's internal discord was set up by one of the artists. The discord is now a place for everyone to talk about jobs and work life balance. "I don't need to talk, i talk all i want to talk," he says. He has also been trying to get other artists to become art directors so they can replace him in some way.
Shaddy Safadi is the Founder and Art Director of One Pixel Brush. His studio has worked on Last of Part II, Valorant, and many other projects.
