The Truth About Inflammation
There is some evidence that exercise can reduce inflammation and responses to stress. Avoiding excess alcohol is also important, as it disrupts your gut bacteria. If all this seems a lot to remember, the best advice is to do what a hunter-gatherer would do. Go on long walks, occasionally indulge in some strenuous physical excursion, and try not to worry too much. We aren't that evolved, after all.
