How to Track Returns in Your CRM

I've seen a number of times where marketing teams aren't looking at what actually lends in the account. Marketing sits down with finance and says, hey, do these match? And if not, where's the breakage? Another really interesting point is very often returns aren't being tracked in your CRM CMS. If you're selling things out the Wazoo, but you have a really high return rate, that's not necessarily making its way back into whatever mechanism is tracking all the sales.
