How Long Does a Bar Without HPV Last?

We're actually the first company in the world to use HPV on whole fruits and vegetables. There are certain requirements that traditionally exist within a product for it to work with HPV. So we figured out some creative ways to bypass those or work within them so that we can put the same type of package that you would see on a traditional bar to under ninety thousand pounds per square inch of pressure and have it come out intact. We still learn every day as we explore new ingredients.
