How Do You Choose Between Academic and Creative Writing?
In Taiwan, many professionals prefer to turn to fiction writing when they are retired. I think that it's very reasonable for Professor Uming Lee to prioritize creative writing over academic productions. It really depends on the person's life stage or age and certainly many preferences. But I think that the preferences really have a lot to do with the life stages and the age differences.
