"I think the big idea for most people is the people that you want to reach don't need you, right? And so one of the advantages you said, provide value. What does that mean?" he asks. "What can you give that person that's valuable to them, that's low investment and it's easy for them to say yes or no to?" He says content actually happens to be one of the easiest ways to get anybody to spend 20, 30, 60 minutes with you because there's clear value in it for them.
