The other important part of trustworthiness is that you're sufficiently expert. So if I wasn't sufficiently expert not to spot when I was being flagged, then that would be a real problem. Now, with maybe less experienced teachers, they are going to be struggling or making mistakes. How do you sort of start the conversation, which gives them a supportive feeling that you're helping them?
