Matthew Lewis: I've never had it like overtly be a reason that a prospect didn't hire us. He says when he's in the office, "I am ripping through things" and getting lots of work done. When clients call his office with questions, they're going to schedule time for him to get back to them if there is an urgent problem or concern about their financial well-being. The average person spends three hours a day on email but after 20 or 30 hours of work, they're not actually being productive said Lewis.
