The Devil Satan, the Boogeyman

The notion of interracial relations, which to me is a dead, it's a dead letter. It was decided 40 years ago by the Supreme Court. But there are for many, many years in the U.S., any sexual encounter between a black man and a white woman, the jury was allowed to infer that is to believe off the bat that there was rape involved. So law is clumsy. Law is blunt. It's an exact and it can be quite a promotional panic. Which it shouldn't be.
