The War on Drugs Is Over

Even if we got rid of all the bad cops, there were only good people left. We have ten million arrests each year. And we now live in a pan opticon where practically everything is videotyped. While we need to make all these improvements, we still need to understand theye are very likely always going to be videos of cops doing something inexplicable or inexplicably stupid that results in an innocent person's death. The war on drugs is obviously over....
