The Best Investment Returns Happened During Periods of Structural Change, Right?

The best investment returns, my fundamental belief is that it happened during periods of structural change. That doesn't mean they'll get it right, but the ones that do get it right stand to do very well. I am not sure how many generations of quantum improvement we have left. There's no quantum shifts. We've gone from local to regional,. regional to national, national to international and everywhere at once. And so you had that incredible run up, things got overheated. But amongst it all, long-term success has always had that theme to it. Where someone coming in, either creating a brand new industry or turning that industry upside down.
