The Working Class Is Not Here, Right?

"The Work of Living" is a new book about the American working class. It features interviews with people from all over the country who work in different industries. The author says she didn't know what to write, but felt compelled to put some stories down on paper. "We should stop sort of looking at these sort of little examples of people that we can pluck from the working class as kind of like spokespeople for this is the archetype."
