i enjoy that kind of nice multiness to some of these paleos get to fill out the body rather than just be a really blank blank canvas. so in this experiment we're looking at just american paleoPretty standard batch here so single ten gallon batch of American paleo 83 pale malt and 17 percent b animal. It flame out with a 10 minute hop stand following the hop stand where it was quickly chilled into it, then identical volumes were racked into separate stainless steel buckets for fermentation.
