The Proclamation of the First Emperor of the United States of North America

Emperor Norton was the first emperor of the United States of North America. The US had been founded as a republic, but with the politicians refusing to heed his orders, Emperor Norton was forced in July of 1860 to dissolve the republic in favor of a monarchy. But things weren't going so well for Emperor Norton in the United States and unfortunately he wasn't able to carry out these plans.
