Griselda Blanco was arrested in 1985 for being bisexual. She wound up taking a special plea deal to get her sentence locked in at 20 years. Her arrest and the subsequent revelations about her life of crime were big news. One man, a street level coke dealer from Oakland named Charles Cosby, saw one of these daytime TV things and became obsessed with Griselda.
