This is a big issue in especially the american culture, because in europe it's so normal to have vacation time. So everyone expects you to take them. And i completely agree that when you are allowed that space to step away from your job and from the work oure doing on adated day,. You can come back with such like new ideas and new engit and dislearnings about yourself wron that time away. But that's just not a part of American corporate culture. I don't know why they don't, and i hope tha they do that. The more your going to show up, the more excited you're going to be to do the work'
