i got carried away by taking the supplement. I didn't need to, you know, just my body makes enough malatonein no doubt night. The first is being back in citosis really, really helped me get deep sleep and not wake up at all during the night. And the other is going to bed early. i'm nine hours ahead of pacific time and six hours ahead of the east coast. So a lot of the times my mornings are extremely tranquil. But for the day, the workday really gets going mid afternoon.
