System Building Is a Great Way to Build a System

I've always loved system building because I think there's no greater way a lot of times to love somebody than to put them in a good program. It's been fascinating to learn all these different systems you know going back to South Carolina, Eric Heiman the athletic director when I was there was a was a big system builder guy.
