Spotter - Is This a Scope-Patient Game?

The game costs $90 to $100. There are no ads on the back of the box, but it's a scope-patic game. I don't think this is a beautiful looking game. It does look a lot like Pro-Type. With Spotter, there are some times, and this goes back to roads and boats and antiquity are very fiddly. The colors associated with the tech tracks or their color also happen to be the five colors of the five player colors. That seemed like an unfortunate decision because it's easy to confuse the red player and the red tech track a lot of times.
