The Permissive Side of Goofy

I think it's likely that goofy lean more towards the permissive side, especially because we see the way Max reacts to when goofy switches on him. It seems like he just kind of railroads past goofy grants that he is in a hurry to do his hijack of the school assembly. He doesn't seem to feel swayed by goofy's expectations.
