Can a President Signal That Something Is De Classified?
CNN's John Defterios asked a question on Twitter about de classifying information. He found that the answer was yes, as long as he signals by his actions. One way to signal it would be take these top secret boxes and move them to marlago. In my opinion, that would be de classification. There isn't any legal risk here, is there? If most lawyers think it's totally legal, you're not going to get a jury to think it's illegal.
