The Over the Top Wedding Trend
Axios reporter Erica Pandy says it's part of an over the top wedding trend that may be hitting its peak. 77% of wedding vendors surveyed in a recent study said they'd be raising their rates in 2023. 2022 had the most weddings the US has seen since 1984. The average cost of a wedding in 2023 is $29,000 and ticked up from $28,000 in 2022.
