The Importance of Customer Satisfaction
When people ask me, as a consultant, what's my deliverable? I feel like my deliverable is 100% customer satisfaction. That drives all of the questions that I have for them in the sales process and then throughout the project. Would you call that a point of view? It feels like it is to me, it feels like that. If that's your lens, you're going to do things differently than somebody else who theoretically does exactly the same thing except for that.
