One to one marketing really seems to a potentially play an enormous role. Data shows that it's five times easier to get an existing customer to buy again, than it is to get a new customer to buy from you the first time. Most marketers think the easiest way to grow revenues is to focus on acquiring new customers. So i'm hopeful that understanding one to one marketing might push them more in that direction.
