The best temperature to be at for sleep apparently a 60, 64 degrees. That's 55 is in bockers. If i am by myself, i turn the heat off or turn it down to 55 so that i can save money. If my wife is with me, that's not ha. And so we've compromised at 67 degrees. We turn the heat down. In the summer, no, even though we'd sleep better if we ultra cooled the house, we don't do that because, well, i'm too cheap. No wonder we call it live customer service.
