i used to train people to go and negotiate with warmart. Warmart had designed their negotiation room like an accident, an emergency. You walk in and instantly you're triggered into i am dead. I'm dead in the water. But if you know it's coming and you've already stress tested people, they can walk in with huge confidence around ther. Even if i know about the design, you have an appreciation instead of a fear for it. Instead of letting it affect you unconsciously. It's a powerful way of negotiating. Tel thanks for doing this.
