Is the Dollar Pulling Back Too Much?
Dollar is really, really influenced by interest rates in the Fed. If we see the dollar reverse too much, doesn't that sort of work against what the Fed's trying to do and loosen up financial conditions? I think this is the challenge. Both of monetary policy and for investors is that as we look toward the future, we're doing the Federal Reserve is acting in the now. Present inflation, inflation expectations still elevated. We're saying the Fed is almost done and they might not know it yet.
